Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Your role will involve collaborating with healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate medication dispensing, and providing patient education. Duties: - Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness - Compound and dispense medications according to prescription orders - Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients - Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care - Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and safety - Conduct medication reconciliation during transitions of care - Participate in quality improvement initiatives - Provide education and counseling to patients on medication use and side effects Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy - Current state pharmacist license in good standing - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices - Proficient in medication administration, including IV infusion - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team If you are a dedicated and compassionate pharmacist looking to make a difference in patient care, we encourage you to apply for this position.
