Sr. Scientist - Antibody Discovery Responsibilities Participate in cell sorting of antigen positive B cells for therapeutic antibody discovery Build libraries using the 10x genomics platform Ability to participate in mammalian expression and purification Experience utilizing Phage Display a plus if they also have B cell cloning Apply molecular cloning techniques such as Gibson Assembly, and use of related software for sequence analysis, comparison of antibody candidate hits, and re-formatting including humanization, affinity maturation, isotype switching. Design and implement screening and characterization of antibodies using in vitro protein and cell-based screens to select and characterize antibody candidates including ELISA, flow cytometry and SPR.

Qualifications PhD in scientific discipline with 0-3 years of related experience, or Masters/Bachelor's with comparable experience. Experience with immunization strategies in Mice Extensive experience and understanding of molecular biology techniques including antibody cloning Previous experience with B-cell antibody discovery is desired but not required
